Its a great place to shop dress, kitchen wares and goodies. Good customer service. The escalator and view is so good, it gives you a feel you are in an airport.
I went to the phoenix kurla lifestyle store, purchased a dupatta and sweater via the self check out kiosk. After I made the payment, I was told I had to go to the counter to have the security tag removed. The two sales people were taking so long and wanted my time, couldn't even verify my purchase even though I gave them my bill. What is the purpose of a self check out kiosk if it's just wasting customers time?!how should I leave my contact number? I'm not going to post it here in a public forum. In addition, I have replied to your email but no response back. Your response was just a meaningless copy paste without even reading my complaint. So obvious . clearly you do not care about your customers!

Very bad customer service.This is the 2nd time in this month I am approaching the same colorbar section for products but both times the staff are not interested in sales instead telling there is no staff .Though the section is free,staff seems more interested in chatting eachother, enjoying their time. I am an nri approaching your store after hearing about colorbar,but the staff attitude is very disappointing..nonot recommending to anybody. ababout
The place has got a decent collection at reasonable prices. The staff are really good and helpful. I would say this is an underrated spot in the city.
