Very bad service, they have no arrangement to keep our belongings on second floor. We have to go back to first floor keep it and come again on top to shop which is lot of inconvenience. Also the staff is rude not at all helpful, instead of suggesting me options the staff was doing makeup in front of the mirror. Not worth visiting ,there are better options out there

Two floored store at R Mall. Upper floor has men's section. Variety of clothing brands available and lots to choose from. Men's section- Wide range of brands and many brands had offers like buy 1 get 1, 50%off, etc. Exceptional staff assistance!! They help with everything such as helping us with what type of clothing needed, made us aware of different offers on different brands, also helped with the sizes. Women's section- A wide variety of good quality kurti choices are available like printed, embroidered. Sling bags are also available. Kid's section can be found at the women's section.
Lifestyle stores gives no Refunds. Exchanges also for some items in the same stores where you purchased it. Infact if they give full Refunds customers will buy more and more. US style stores but no US style refund policy. Will be careful buying anything from this store or any stores in The mall.
It is very conveniently located and has good range of clothes with multiple brands under one roof. Collection is updated. The only issue is staff including supervisors can be more professional and polite. All in all a great store to visit.
Useless Staff, I still do not get the economics of hiring so many useless staff who would tell you to buy from other store and just give wrong. information about any questions asked and are least interested to sell anything and more interested in girly gossips with other staffs.
