I was having trouble loosing weight because of PCOS but after joining this gym , I lost 4 kg in 1 month thanks to the trainer for this. A proper diet plan with all the workout regime is instructed by the trainer. The gym is well maintained and people are good, it gives a homely feeling to be there.
