I walked in and they didn't even pretend I was a human. Maybe because I was a woman or i was dressed casually, they behaved like i was not going to be a paying customer. I wanted a treadmill and cycle for my home office but I will never buy from such unprofessional people. Going to try at costco or other stores at paltanbazar

This guy will talk to customers very nicely before you purcahse anything. Once you will buy equipment then forget about servicing and all, they won't send mechanic to do servicing. They even forget you.so think before you are buying anything from this shop.

U feel u r visiting a branch of State Bank... No attention to customer .... It's like a govt office. Much better gym store out there in Guwahati .... ...

I got the impression that they have all the equipments for fitness freaks. Proprietor is polite and helpful.

High priced .. unreasonable and very rude person . Better stores out there In guwahati . Don't waste your time here
