Full marks to the trainer, is very knowledgeable in areas of body building, strength training and power lifting. Also being a doctor ensures that gym injuries don't happen if instructions are followed. Provides good supervision and Equipment is good. Only the rowing machine is not used or made available for use. Should consider different rates for hours worked out at gym , the number of days in the week and have a price package for senior citizens. Aching to go back to the gym.
I am a member of this gym since I was a kid of 7 yrs. This is from a 10- 12 years experience of mine in this place that I can clearly differentiate out between other gyms about the fact that this gym is adorned by a trainer who is a very learned Doctor. He can be fully relied on and is clearly better than any other gym trainer who being a body builder will merely point out the exercises but our trainer and Owner Dr. Sandeep Basu ,being a doctor himself, will not only show you the procedures of exercises but will also help you understand the effect of the same in our body... I bet you cannot find a better trainer in any of the gyms of Taratala or NewAlipore area. Just get to the place and experience yourself...
I have been in this gym since last 3 years and going to the gym has become the best time of the day. I have gone through body transportation and not only did I lose 20kgs withing 1 year , my sedentary life said goodbye to me and my mental activities increased in huge numbers. I became productive in my daily life and all the credit goes to our trainer Dr.Sandeep Basu who trains you personally without taking extra money.

It is my pleasure to share my experience with Lifestyle & Fitness, a gym, health club, a mixed martial arts coaching center but all of the above a community of health conscious helping people. I have been attached to this gym for last 10 years... when I was looking for a gym for my poor health near New Alipore I came to know about it from one of my friends. Then it was a small establishment. The instructor who himself is a young doctor with in-depth knowledge about fitness, dieting and mass building helped me immensely to get me in shape. Since then this small gym gradually flourished to a reputed well-equipped health club with a homely atmosphere. Members soon become a part of the family of "lifestyle n Fitness." I would like to thank the instructor and as well as the owner Sandeep Basu and other members to help me not regarding health issues but in all of the hard situations of my life as a friend.
