AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! I train here about 5-6 times a week . Amazing trainers and every equipments avaliable which are needed ,clean gym, they provide parking facilities and trainer give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts . I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape

For swimming, gym, and sports Lifespring Healthplus is the best. I am a member in it.

Best Place for workouts. Trainers are very friendly and motivate us. Personally I recommend this place as they will understand our needs and help us to achieve our goals.

I would not recommend to join the lifespring gym at 10th street, VKL nagar branch. Lack quality trainer, no proper maintenance of gym equipment, always remains closed. It has a very dull and a discouraging atmosphere, would recommend ladies to join some other gym. This rating is only for gym however badminton court is good.

Good number of equipment and machines for cardio and Strength. They also have badminton courts and training. Need to bring coaches regularly.
