It has been a positive experience at this gym, mainly what we check in the gym it should have well maintained equipment and friendly trainers as such they keep on motivating us without any feeling of tired or something else because we come to to he gym for reduction of stress and get in good shape and this environment of this gym won't let you down. Mainly the trainers they are available for you at any time according to the gym. I had recently joined it. before joining lifespan I had tried many of them near to my location but I was not comfortable with rest of the gym nearby me I was coming all the way right from pendhurthi. So trust me give a try at LIFE SPAN you will really enjoy it.

This is the first gym Im still continuing from almost 6 months. At the time of joining, I don't have any confidence that i will continue more than a month but I took 1 yr membership and 1 month personal training only becoz of sunils words, he then asked karthik to give training. From the first day, karthik took good care and even said about diet plan, water, workout everything. Main thing is the friendly environment, everyone became good friends... As some ppl commented, they are not money minded..Sunil just told me after a month that if I wish, I can continue with personal training and they never insisted me to take personal training. Even today karthik corrects me if I do anything wrong and he will ask me not to skip gym. he turned me from noshape to fit guy. And I know almost 20 ppl in morning time, whom im seeing from my 1st day. No one continues if gym and trainers are not good, Overall, I can say it's a healthy and friendly environment to workout in this gym

It has been a month and the experience is truly amazing. The equipment are so good and trainers as well. Trainers encourage us to take healthy diet besides guiding with the workouts. It is very good for those who are aiming for fat loss and trying to get into a good shape. Don't go only by reviews. Take time, visit the gym and see for yourself.

It's a brand new enhanced and well equipped gym. One thing that keeps me coming daily to the gym is the supportive trainers who are providing immense support and a World class fitness training. I would give 10 on 10 with no doubt. It's simply the best gym in a peaceful environment..

Some people are criticizing the credibility of trainers in lifespan but it's the only gym in vizag which has international certified trainers With loads of Experience if u don't believe this u can go to gym and check with their trainers. Don't fall for negative propaganda that's been circulating, This is an Excellent gym with high quality equipment and well educated trainers.
