Overall treatment and patient care is excellent.. Dr visits are in timely manner. Patients are treated well. only thing I observed that, they do not have tie up with all cashless insurance providers. If this would have been there, it's worth of 5 star.

Overall great experience. We got the CRIF surgery done yesterday for my elder son (11years) and it was done with perfection. All the doctors and smother staff like admin, insurance , housekeeping etc are doing their work with passion and hence are in a position to give great user experience. Everyone is co operative and unnecessary nuisance is not created at all. To the point treatment with Amazing results. I had the same positive experience last year when my Mom as well as Dad were admitted. Trust is now build!!Recommended

I was admitted for the kidney stone operation. I had an excellent experience at this hospital. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring throughout my stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which added to my comfort. The medical team provided clear explanations and personalized care, making me feel confident in my treatment. I would highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

I was admitted here for 4 days and there was no attendant with me. They were really helpful with the admittance, and tests. Doctor's visit was not timely but they took time to explain the test results. Discharge was also very easy. They took time to explain the claim process for insurance also

I had come to my daughter's place from jamshedpur on 30th oct. We had planned her marriage on 18th nov 2023.Here after few days my wife started having complaints of abdominal pain and fullness. Consulted with physicians. But complaints didn't improve so we got her admitted at Life point hospital under Dr P Gaikwad sir by Dr sonali nirale mams reference on 9/11/2023. He gave Dr Oza sirs reference for surgical consultation.. upon examination he advised for CT scan . We were explained that previous hernia sergery had resulted in intestinal adhesion which need to be released by operation immediately. We agreed and went to operate under Dr Oza. All adhesions were successfully released and I was discharged after complete recovery on5 th day. I was worried that if we could attend my daughter's marriage. But as we got good care, treatment and doctors we could attend and celebrate our daughters marriage. Best thing is that Dr oza also was present with us on this big day. My relative had some cold and fever, so we were expecting just an OPD visit. But in life point, the moment you tell them you have an insurance, you will not leave the hospital before 4-5 days at least. Even if you have just cold, the doctor's will make sure you're admitted for 5 days and you'll be charged for a lot of unnecessary tests and medicines. I even felt the medicines I bought was never used and went back to the chemist. Different employees will tel you don't worry as you've insurance. Even during billing, they will charge for you consultant / doctor visits some of which never happened. When you tell them, they will ask to call the doctor who will never pick up. Th resident doctors fees are even more than doctors but they have zero answer to your questions and every time ask you to check with main doctor. But main doctor will come for 15 seconds and not even talk with the relative. The maintenance guys are on different attitude altogether and behave as of they're doing some kind of favour. Most of the staff are Very lazy and immoral including doctors. I will never come to life point again.

My father got hospitalised after we came to emergency ward. The doctors in the emergency ward were very prompt and gave the quick guidance on the further steps and then the admission steps were seamless. The complete staff was very supportive and doctors were available for attending even in Sundays. Overall the experience was great.

My mother was admitted for 6 days. Overall experience is so good. Specially Doctor Prashant Gaikwad sir is best. Nursing staff, other staff is also good. And main is food quality. Best food quality till date. Sister and brother are so helpful and always ready for 24x7. ICU gaurd is very very caring and good in nature. Out of five 5 star. Thanks for everything. Just look for proper ventilation. Thanks
