The worst hospital in vijayawada, they don't no how to respond and treat the patient including Dr. I Suresh also. The people who are working in the main reception they dosen't know how to talk. The receptionists fells like they are Doctors, without consulting the doctor they tells the final decision and then argues a lot........
We are extremely disappointed with pediatrician Dr. Pavani. Having charged us Rs400 for a visit, doctor completely hesitated to tell us the actual condition of our child. He said, we cannot understand. When we asked again and again out of fear and worry about this suspense, doctor abused is saying "software employees think they are intelligent, you focus on your subject. Don't try to learn medicine". Is this the way to talk to worried infant patient's parents?? What is this 400 for?? Why should doctor comment on our intelligence? Why should doctor avoid briefing the actual condition?? It is 100% illegal to not inform the patient about the condition after charging fees. Very unethical.
