The hospital is very nice.The staff in the hospital are very helpful and honest. The cleanliness in the hospital is also very good. Even the poor patients get vip facilities here. The doctors in the hospital are really ambassadors of health.

My Patient is admitted dtd.21/08/2023 in hospital and there is no facility in hospital for maternity such as there is no dust bins in the rooms as well as no A.C. further that they get more charges than other hospital.

Many critical patients have been cured here .. even during the pandemic situation doctors here were available 24*7..hats off to these people .. they are great .. facilities are also good here, regardless of money they care more about your patient who is being admitted. People always go back with great satisfaction from this hospital .. it is one of the best hospital in Aurangabad.

One of the worst experience that I have experienced with this hospital. I was diagnosed Covid-19 in Mar & that evening suddenly I started feeling breathlessness & low on O2 saturation. We started to look out for hospitals to get artificial O2 supply but all majors hospitals were full. With one our reference, we came to know vacant bed from this hospital. Immediately I drove on my own & started my admission process. As a part of my admission they checked my oxygen level only once & took me to my designated bed. It was a female ward (as name written on the door) with four beds placed at four walls. The beds were very poorly maintained with lowest quality of cloth fabric on it. Waited for 15 mins that someone will come and put me on oxygen but no one turned up. I went to the front desk requesting to put me on Oxygen & precisely that's the reason, I got admitted to your hospital. After 10 mins, he has come with long list of medicines & consumables. When asked when he will start the medicine, he replied back that IF YOU WANT IT NOW I WILL GIVE IT NOW OR IF YOU WANT TO TAKE IT TOMORROW, I WILL GIVE IT TOMORROW. I was very surprised with his response but had no choice. Bathroom were so pathetic with zero ventilation, dirty, no wash basin, even the water taps are very difficult to press. I went in to brush my teeth and came out coughing that went for 15 mins and I put on my oxygen for 30 mins. Check the photos, I posted those there. Most inexperienced staff I have ever seen. They don't know how to take history of a patient and also don't follow any standard protocols set by the government. In my 17 hours stay, none doctor turn up to see me. My oxygen level was checked only once that is at the time of admission ( I asked it atleast for 50 times), poor Infrastructure, they are providing no ventilated bathrooms to the Covid-19 patient who are already suffering from breathlessness. For 17 hours, They have charged me Rs. 5,500 for a dirty bed in a room with three other patients. Later I shifted to one of the best & known private hospital in Aurangabad where they have charged me Rs. 2,000 for a independent room & provided best of the service. This is long post but important so that people should not go through painful experience which I have gone through. Due to Covid-19 we are treating doctors like GOD however there are some (like this) considering this as an opportunity to take advantage & collect Moolah (money).
