Medical staff is good. But do not buy medicine from the in-house medical store as it's running a scam. They are not offering any discount on medicine brought from them. They say they only provide discount if customer ask and that to a meagre 5 percent. When I confronted them they said they can't provide a discount once the bill is generated. Day light robbery. Humble request don't buy medicine from the in-house store unless it's a real emergency. There are many medical stores below the hospital.
I had a great experience at Life Line hospital. Dr Santosh Kadam is extremely thoughtful and treats patients Like Family. Never once hesitated to go the extra mile and do what was necessary for the patient's wellbeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they made me feel comfortable ,well-cared for during my stay & kept me informed throughout my treatment.
