The management is pathetic here.. not even proper facility for the heart patients to sit, long queues for follow up patients. The amount they charge and the kind of facilities they provide is ridiculous. They allow way too many patients to come for follow and charge 1000/- just for follow up but they don't know how to manage the crowed. It takes minimum of 3 hours just to see the doctor.The BMC hospitals are much better than this hospital.
My mom is a CGHS employee and she was once hospitalized here recently for kidney stone treatment. Here I must say the care and treatment are of top level. The hospital staff looks after the patient very well and the treatment/ medication works really well for the patient.cleanliness is maintained and good food is also provided.
The Doctors , staff and the treatment was very nice and efficient even the hospital ambience was also very clean and the food was very hygienic as well. Specially the receptionist Preeti was very polite and helpful in guiding and helping in the all the process during admission till discharge.
They don't even deserve 1 star. Worst hospital. Nurses are not at all qualified. They dont even know how to speak politely and take care of the patient interms of food been provided. ICU ward is handled by a BHMS doctor. They dont even know the amount of anesthesia to be given to a patient before endoscopy. After coming from this hospital it took my Mom a months time to get back to normal.
Health care executives' don't even know how to handle patient with care. They scratched my mom's hand with their nails while picking her up.
They are just there to make money and do business.
If you really want your family members or loved ones to be healthy and safe, this is my personal experience do not ever go to this place.

Very carrying and professional nurses at 5th floor where i was admitted... also the it was so hygiene ambience... food quality was good.... i would recommend this Hospital if someone looking for the best treatment. ..
The treatment given to my mother is very good. She was hospitalized for 2-3 times and was treated very well. Doctors and staff is also very good. I'm CGHS patient.
Absolutely dismal... no infection control practice maintained in the ICU. Nurse licked her fingers while handling files. Open garbage bins outside the hospital. Lift is highly dangerous. No consent taken for restraining the patient... and worst of all, they didn't even seal my loved one's central line wound properly and his corpse bled all over our living room floor. At least let a person die in dignity!
This is worst hospital they are simply playing with lives just to earn money. I took my mom there for back pain and low hemoglobin. When they came to know we have mediclaim, they started scaring my family saying she is having heart issue and moved to ICU.
We decided to take my mom to different hospital and they charged us 50K just for 3-4 hours hospitalization.
Fortunately, all the reports and scans came normal in a different hospital for my mom. She is totally fit and had minor fracture in her back.
They are just in the money making business without having any empathy for patient or for their family.
I will never suggest or go this hospital ever again.
