I'm going to this gym for nearly 3 months now,seeing good results. To mention about the coaches, both sir and ma'am are very friendly and helpful. They train and instruct according to each body types and concerns. The diet chart they gave is also easy to follow. They don't insist on instant results instead they focus on progressive results with consistent training. So it's a good to go place for all fitness enthusiasts.

The gym is spacious and well-maintained, with a wide range of modern exercise equipment that caters to all fitness levels.

It's s best place for workout. They are very professional trainers. Ladies trained by madam and very safe for women's.. They make sure about workout according to the person height and weight. This is my first experience in gym. Iam so satisfied. Thank-you for giving me good experience and make me so confident.

At walkable distance from Podanur Junction, just opposite to Murugan Temple good, spacious and efficient Gym. Neatly maintained with all basic gears for fitness. The trainer himself was in great shape and seeing him guide us itself is a great motivation. Not only he monitors our progress, he often corrects when we do it wrong and also progressively increases the workouts. Thank you Master! High quality, Clean environment ,equipment s in good condition, friendly community, ease of parking. Both trainers Mam and Sir are very good and took individual care. I have good improvements in my health, strength and stamina.
