If there had been an option for half a star, I'd give it to them! Because they don't even deserve one full star! I had a terrible experience with them, that too twice! There was this spray that was not available in nearby pharmacies, my dad needed it as he had a minor surgery & wanted to dress it. I had high fever. So, I looked for pharmacies that could deliver medicines at home & I found their name & they advertised they'd deliver it for free. I call them in the morning around 10AM, they will deliver at 2, afternoon. Its 2:10 & they haven't reached. I call them at 2:20 & they say, they can't come because it was just drizzling & one of staff didn't have a raincoat! Pathetic! Second time, I call them again hoping they won't repeat what they did the last time. I call them for a special bandage for the dressing. They said that there's no staff! I was just recovering from the fever. When I went there to collect it by myself, there were three staffs already! Pathetic!
