The Life Tours and Travels is not a proper touring agency and you cannot travel with them taking a family or friends. If you want to make your journey worst and very unpleasant and uncomfortable then go with Life Travels otherwise choose a better tours and travels who charge a little more but gives you comfortable journey and do not harass you. I have personally gone through this tour and have had a very bad experience. The hotels they provided did not have any proper information about the tourist when they were arriving as the rooms were not ready and people tired of night journey had to just wait in the lobby for 2-3 hours. The hotels provided by the Life tours and travels in Manali, Kullu, Dharmashala and Amritsar had the same menu and no difference at all. If we opted for non-veg also there was no proper stater and the chicken gravy was the same throught out the journey. In the breakfast we would get only boiled egg in the name of non-veg and the jain people also were troubled as the tour agency did not inform the hotels about the jain tourist. The drivers were very rude in talking and would take unnecessary put stop for 1 hour during the day and night journey. There was no response from their side if we as anything to the driver regarding the journey or places in the respective cities. The traveller provided by the tours agency was also not comfortable as no proper place between the seat and the leg space. This brother's of Life tour and travels are just money minded and nothing else. They do not know how to speak to a customer and are very rude in their behaviour if we ask them too many queries or questions they will just say take your money go. On the last day of the trip they did not provided proper train tickets and many family with children had to be stucked in Amritsar cause of their carelessness and no proper management. If you tell them where is the ticket they would say take your money and you do your tickets as it is thier responsibility to give the tickets on the time guaranteed by them. They were just least borthered and least concerned about their customers and left us in Amritsar hotel just to rot till we did not get the tickets. Life Travels is not capable to arrange any tours like this as they do have proper management and no proper person to guide. They are merging 4 different groups from different places without informing the other tourist about it and no guide also to accompany the pack of 40 tourist. The brother's who are managing Life Travels just left the whole tour in the hands of the driver. My personal opinion after reading this please whoever is going through Life Travels please do not go as you will suffer and it will be your worst trip. People take trips to relax their mind and get peace but with them it's more stress, and whatever relaxation and mind peace you have will also be gone.
