One of the fantastic gyms in the area. Been working out here for over 1 year and have always loved the electrifying atmosphere of the place. I am grateful to the owner Mr. Manish and the trainer here who have guided me constantly and led to my transformation. The gym has all the required equipments in a good condition so it always feels up to it to workout here. Safe place for even girls
Had been here now for 8 months so I think it's safe to give a review now. So first thing first gym is equipped with all essential equipments and the trainers are also having accurate knowledge of how to do .
There are 2 trainers and both are really good. helps you with diet according to your body and looks after you throughout the journey. There's no such concept as personal trainer but the trainer gives 1:1 attention to everyone present over here .
Also , for fellow women , along with gym you get aerobics and yoga as well .
So from my side this is all .
p.s:- This is the longest I have been in a gym .
