I would have rated 1/2 Star!! First of all Not at all a professional spa!! Please do not go by other reviews, they are not TRUE!! 1. The rate printed on the rate card is of 5 star spa, but the place is not at all worth what you are paying! 2. However the massage was ok if younare looking for relaxation and go by the person whom you call to the given number, then you have been scammed, because he will tell you'll , 'I have beautiful girl therapists' and so on, but they are all aunty's (no offense) consider this point if your going by his words and expecting the same. 3. The restroom and shower room is so cheap that you can find their staffs socks, underwear etc hung there! (Refer image) 4. Separate soap not given instead you have a common shower gel shampoo placed(don't know what's inside & who uses it!!) (Refer image) Wet & very old towel given! 5. Mainly after massage water is not offered, when asked a 2ltr water bottle 3/4th consumed is offered!! They don't even offer Rs10 small bottle water! When you say all these points and complain the person who took your booking you will hear only sorry sir, because you would have paid already!! The rates quoted by him to me: Aroma Massage - Rs1400 Sweedish Massage - Rs1500 Deep Tissue Massage - Rs1800
