Life Line Poly Clinic (Kalyani) - Diagnostic center in Kalyani - default, India

Lack of professionalism. Walk-in appointments are not entertained. There is no alternative suggestion for ailing patients. The 2 day prior appointment booking should be mentioned and seems impractical for people not local to Kalyani. Hygiene is a concern for this place being a clinic.

crazy staffs, if u want buy medicine u need to wait, because dont have, i face this two times. this is the only clinic where u have pay the fees for show the report to the doctor

Doctors and medicine supplier man they are combined together they are just want thugs people.... doctor said you have to purchase medicine from lifeline...But lifeline never gives any discount....my wife told me to purchase Callan moisturizer cream as doctor prescribed...I have purchased that MRP was 320 they told me to pay 320...not even single Rupee discount....after two days I went some other shop they provided me in just Rs 275...these are just looting the people's god will see everyone..my message is to please beware with such type of clinics and persons..sorry to say but even doctors

Pathetic Behaviour & all the positive reviews are being posted by the management itself, don't bother to co-operate with the patients, typical mafassal mentality & they will never ever change because they are running a monopoly business, no empathy at all, owner & staffs both of them behaviour is same.

very rude when talking to patient family. They show like patient came to them mean they can tell anything.. also lier. I will prefer same Dr but somewhere else not here.

Worst treatment. Only hungry for money. I had have sever back pain and hence x ray was necessary, the orthopedic has referred for a neck x-ray, when I showed him the x ray report and I just was going to tell about the issue, he had no time, he just ignored me. Actually, he is a doctor of a government hospital, and therefore he made a bad habit of neglecting patients.

The staff's behavior was rude, a very expensive clinic, a profiteering and selfish group. They are experts in looting patients' money..... I'm not satisfied.
