It's a small office with hardly two staff. Didn't get hold of her main person but the subordinate was quite immature and had low to very little knowledge of work.Just wondering why LIC asks customers to visit branch if the people they have recruited in such branch doesn't have the basic knowledge and lack required skillset

The previous owner of this agency sold this to new management. The Old owner & his team were humble and nice people. Well, the new management is disgusting and scum like. The ugly ladies sitting in outer hall behave like beauty queens and chatter among themselves and ignore the customer, at times also make fun of customers. These scums forget that they are just clerks & don't own the LIC corporation. It is we the people of India & Govt. of India owns LIC. Also unnecessarily try to push the customer who has come for payment to purchase new policies & also suggest haughtily you to meet their boss (who sits in inner cabin), also they give build ups, as if their boss is some Don Corleone or legendary freedom fighter. The staffs should concentrate on the work in their hands & show respect to customers. I am not going to visit this place ever.

BREAK DOWN of LIFT is COMMON.. WASHROOM FACILITY NOT AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER'S. & IT'S CUSTOMIZED. OFFICE OPENING TIME & CUSTOMER'S SERVICES WERE NOT AVAILABLE AS PER TIME SCHEDULE, BUT CLOSING TIME OF CUSTOMER'S SERVICES WERE WELL MAINTAINED, EVEN SOME TIMES LITTLE BIT EARLY.
