Decent place. Ladies only gym with one male trainer. Gym will be open from 5AM-9PM however trainer will only be available from 5-9 AM and 5:30-9Pm only. They do have a small changing room and a bathroom (not sure if suitable for shower). I go there as its the only women only gym in the Manikonda vicinity. During power cuts, only one treadmill work along with a cycle, couple of dim lights and some music. Equipments are not maintained and serviced properly. For E.g. the display of few machines wont work, some bike pedal Straps are broken. Its the case for more than 3months.

Really well equipped gym with good lady trainer.

needs more update but a good place to shape yourself reasonable prices
