Life Care Hospital - Featured Reviews (114)
My mother was admitted recently. Some of the nurses were were very good but one or two nurses were very rude. They were least bothered about the patient's discomfort and schedule.
Overall mixed experience.
Very bad experience. The treatment is not upto the mark. USG report came after 4 days and the report showed left kidney stone and polycystic ovaries but the health care staffs didn't inform us anything about it. When we asked what they have done for these many days they told us this treatment contains so many other tests that's why we didn't start. My patient was there with the complaints of hemoglobin 2.5 then also they are not bothered to do cbc everyday after 3 days they were doing cbc. There is no patient's relative active updation policy. Communication skills are very poor .
This is probably one of the worst hospitals! If there was a lower rating than one then I would have given that to this hospital.
Well let me explain, my uncle was diagnosed with a stone in his pancreas. So we decided that we should take him to this hospital due to various reasons like it was well rated and also they gave the appointment very quickly.
So on 13 th of September he very happily went to get his surgery done from this hospital. The surgery failed the first time and they said that they would repeat it after 2 days. And you all won't believe that for those three days he was fully tied up, even his tongue was tied. After all these we thought this must be the procedure, so we waited for the next date of surgery. They failed once again!
After this he returned home on 16th September, and suddenly he started having a severe stomach ache. We thought that must be due to the surgery, so we tried to console him by words and gave him the medicine prescribed by the hospital. Then around 8PM of the same day he started having breathing issues. We immediately took him to IQ City, and admited him there, the doctor was furious at our family members and told them "why didn't you bring him before, why did you bring him in such critical state?".
After the OT and a 5 hour operation he said that there was a hole in the duodenum and in pancreas. See I understand that mistakes can happen but why didn't they inform us about this? Why did they try to hide their mistakes?
The doctor said he can survive if the infection doesn't spread. And he seemed reasonably fine for three days and then again on 20th September we get a call from the hospital that his state is very critical. He kept on fighting till his last breath and wanted to survive for his 20 year old son, but he died.
This is how his life has ended!
Most faltu hospital experience ever.
Can't believe that this much slow service can happen in a hospital. Patient will visit to death when this hospital staffs get ready with their reports.
They gave me time to take a report at 12:00 pm. I came at 1:30 pm. Still they were not ready with the reports. They make me wait for another 75 mins for the report.
Worst experience ever.
The name should be Death Care instead of Life Care. They are most ruthless staffs. Oh yeah the most vogus is there the doctors. They do not give life they just take life and yes the did it. They only want money money and money
I don't recommend this hospital to anybody please do not take your patient to this place. They will die
I personally found the services prompt and efficient. Technical, nursing, medical and management staff were helpful to me. Therefore my personal experience was excellent. It may or may not match with others.
It is a super speciality hospital, with many highly qualified doctors... Departments present here are General medicine, paediatric, Gastroenterology, general surgery, urology, neurology, ENT, obs & gynae, psychiatry,..... Being a regular patient of Dr. Bashar imam Ahmad,, my family members visit here ......many neuro procedure ( EEG, eng, ncv); gastro procedures ( ugie, ercp colonoscopy), cardio & neuro surgery are done here
Service is decent but doctor fee is high ,, about Rs500,, although swastha sathi is accepted here, but health card service is not yet available
Today I went to visit time with my mother, to see my wife, when I came after seeing my wife . Then I said to mother ,you go , after that Guard said to mother you can't go because
One person can go in a day but it is written in the notice that after seeing one person another person can go means one by one .
When I told the gaurd that yesterday we came to see each other and you let go ,he said that today the rule has changed . But it is written in the notice that they can go one by one.
Then I told the gaurd in the notice so they can be found ,then the gaurd said , you talk in the reception . Then I told madam , then madam asked the security to tear the notice ,and then she started shouting at the security gaurd and not allowed to meet the patient.
Very very bad management .
