Always door closed,Mob no no response,worst service I never seen.
Worst place. Very bad service treating customer's very rued or bad manner. Long queue but only 1 cash counter. They open very lately but closes very early. They'll not respond properly to a customer. Many customers are going very sadly because of their behavior and their services. Very very worst behavior.. Not at all responding properly.. They think themself like a god.. They must learn first what is Customer satisfaction?they r treating like a dog.what the dash is this.. If I want means wait orelse go away.. Is this the proper way of treating the customers. Totally very poor with the Unmatured working peoples..
Office hours for Saturday, but the cashier closed the counter after she saw me opening the door. None of the customers where present before i go there. I might be convinced if the counter is a already closed. Only on seeing me she closed. Feels so bad. :(
Today i go for cancel my policy on free look up period of 15 days, i have rights to cancel my policy but the manager not respond for that correct manner and approach to contact the lic agent agent unnecessarily. I need to walk again to this satellite office for further process or i need to complaint next level officers
Very poor service ... instead of helpin me with my problem they were constantly convincing me to join other policy ..absolutely unfriendly ...
