I went couple of time to renewal the policy, both time the manager was not available for different reason even on duty.. then went to Virugambakkam branch and get renewed in 15 mins.
This LIC branch office is located above NJ poly clinic. I visited couple of times some time ago to pay premium and update bank details for self and get a life certificate for my mother. They were very cooperative. Good customer service. It is not easily noticeable from the road, only locals can identify the location.
Good well maintained office. I observed many times server is down or slow connectivity. Mangement can try to improve in this aspect.Rest all services okay.

Now a days also server connection problem.....U ask any thing...server is down...if they depend on server for rules...In side the portal also no clear rules....then how can they judge and give solutions......office location is not clear ...
