LIC of India, Divisional Office - Insurance company in Cuttack - Cuttack, India

My first and last visit to a LIC office (I sincerely hope so). LIC is stuck in the 1990s era while the world has moved on to 2023 (as of my writing this). They deal with heavy bureaucracy, written applications and forms that make your english essays look easy. The only reason they have thrived till now is because they never had competition in the older days and ofcourse their pushy "agents" who sold citizens lacklusture "policies". This office is no different from that time. The staff is helpful for sure but the audience it caters to is well above 50 years. If LIC doesnt change its products, policies, people and process with changing times, it would see its sunset.

A very good place. Staffs are very polite in nature. Clean office area and surrounding.

Experienced person at work. They resolve issues and understand your problem far better that any other branches of LIC.

Worst organization. It does pre-planned setup to harass and waste your hard earned money. Their customer care does not know the change in branch location. Also they did not inform the same to customer even after asking multiple times. The customer care and branch do setup to harass you and make you run branch to branch. They did not even provide 1 rupee stamp. After all these stress, they do the stress test by speaking unnecessarily and scrolling pages/dropdowns unnecessarily. In branch also, their employees make you run floor to floor and desk to desk. Even google map does not show branch location address landmark. The staffs do things intentionally but act like they don't know anything.

I went to the place to submit my sister's golden Jubilee scholarship form. Nice behavior of the staffs working in there.

One of the best place of silver city cuttack,any one who have any problem regarding lic policy,i requested all plz don't waste your valuable times and contact or reach at this place for better solutions and i guaranteed that you all can solve your problems regarding lic policy and gate your money easily by submitting your true and original or photocopy documents within one month.so lastly i requested you all plz contact this office for any problems related lic policy..this office situated 300 mtrs from mangalabag police station cuttack...
