Great place. Officers here are very helpful & genuinely care for customers. I went there to surrender a policy I had taken a long while ago & they rightly adviced me for wait a few more months to be eligible for loyalty bonus. When I went back later, they promptly helped to complete the surrender process with no issues whatsoever. Pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.
Went their for policy maturity process, it was easy to locate, bigger space and process was completed in 10 mins. To my surprise did not expect the process to be so quick and smooth. Well done

Good place , 3 counters for payment, policy revival is done, 1 to 2 Noon lunch time. Parking of four wheeler is not possible. Building at dead end of Paradise to Sunshine hospital road.
