One star less because, they don't have parking for their customers, while other offices in the same building have space for their customers.
Excellent location, easily accessible from road. They are in 2nd and 3rd floor, as per service provided office has been categorised. That is a good thing. Hospitality from employees is also great. I Believe All type of services available here. There will be delay if your desired service section is busy. Parking could be a challenge of you come by car. You'll only get street parking. But the roads will busy all time. So park anywhere near by and reach this building by foot.

good staffs and proper service. Today I went for policy revival and so quick responses for them to fill the details and get signature after that I made the expenditure. finally thanks to all staff who helped me.
People working here are very friendly. But the procedures and the unnecessary delays will make you hate them. To get money on matured policies, one has to fill a form and stick a one rupee revenue stamp on it. A practice that can cause unnecessary delays. The information you give about your bank details should be confirmed with a cancelled cheque leaf or a statement attested by the bank. In the age of Aadhaar, PAN, and digilocker an easier method can be adopted. But not LIC.
Lot of improvements needed in the customers relationship management system.No dedicated parking facility available.Located at the left hand side of palace road towards the townhall direction.Lift facility available.
Typical government office had a policy in Kollannur branch went for revival was directed again to Palace Road as it can be done only from that branch.I am confused as we live and even the P M and government advocate that we live in a digital world bu these kind of small things like this were not able to co ordinate between their branches so these kind of issues spring what to expect from them
