I expected a typical Government office treatment; however, to my surprise the lady who took the phone provided me excellent service with very useful information on a policy that was getting matured. One suggestion is it would save significant time if they could provide multiple contact telephone numbers or have the infrastructure to support multiple telephone connections with the number because I had to waste more than 30 minutes waiting for the line to be free.
