Good staff & cooperative, atmosphere is like typical Gov't organisation.

No service at all. As usual in lic u can't anything online. And in branch office staff are very unfriendly. Even branch manager also misbehaves.

Typical government office. Employees are having non-customer centric approach

If you really love retro and all things old this is the place. If any millennia wants to see how offices used to look in the times when their parents were their age this is it. You will be transformed to different age,thank you LIC for preserving the HERITAGE FLAVOUR. Here 90% of the time the "link is down" and that's why they have made a permanent sign of that and you will be counting your lucky stars if your job can be completed in a single day.The dirty floor,the dimly lit rooms, archaic computers and best of all the staffs>>all living and moving Wikipedia(pun intended)

Typical govt office. Staffs are lazy, unfriendly and will never co operate.u will feel u are in 1947 after visiting. No update in system. Half the time link is not there . Shabby atmosphere. If you ask them 5 questions they will reply 2.

Location wise good, near to Unnayan Bhavan and back side of Bikash Bhavan. Employees are very much helpful. Behaviour is also very good with visitors. I can't give 5star because decoration and office environment is too old. Not upto the mark.

Located at CF block opposite to Purto Bhawan... The building looks like typical residential block.... However inside it hosts the entire LIC department... Official are cordial and punctual about their work... Timing- 10:00 to 3:00

Went on Saturday to pay an outstanding premium and was told to come on Monday. Asked them the reason why it cannot be paid on Saturday and again have to go Monday. But the person kept on repeating himself "come on Monday". Not getting any reason, finally asked him if they are open on Monday as that wil be swarasati Puna. He replied yes, but the office is closed today. This is extra harassment. The premium cannot be paid online.
