Good lic branch but going upstairs is a problem, my husband worked in LIC during his life. Here staff is average but to my surprise after roaming here and there my son told me to get help from agent Karan Bhardwaj in my pension policy and he helped me to get my pension...credited after 2 days.
I have visited branch 124 of LIC on first floor and i really appreciate the IT man there "Karan Bhardwaj" as he helped me a lot in all my queries and shared his phone number also for any further doubts. LIC is really getting excellent in service these days.

Usually as all of us know that LIC is prominent Insurance Company in India and this is one branch of that particular Company. Services at this branch are good, but sometimes u may face a little crowd too and in that case it could take a little more time for you to get service. This branch of LIC is easily reachable by Rajendra Place Metro Station and this is just nearby Prasad Nagar Police station. U may visit there by your personal vehicle too, but please prefer to use either public transport or two wheeler, because Car parking may be an issue. Overall good .
Office look is typical government office but employees are good. They explain things in detail, help customers in need and guide them. Office building is on road. Car parking is difficult but early birds can find place.
Cleaning can be improved and work process can also be improved
LIC Branch 124 manager is very bad and arrogant person. Its staff is not good in behavior. I suggest Don't buy any policy from this branch . I have already submitted a complaint earlier against their executive who took my documents and denied. Manager and executives are liar. Don't trust.
