You will get average taste of the food and quantity if you're going to have main course meal. It's a cafe type, breakfast menu hotel point. We had no other nearby options to go for dinner, so tried this and disappointed. Everything was average food, service and even ambience. But if you're going for snack items then it's a big Yes for you.
I tried idli and filter coffee at this restaurant. The idlis were soft and flavorful, and the filter coffee had a perfect balance of strength and aroma. Chutney was not good as Sambhar. The place had a simple, cozy atmosphere, making it a delightful experience for a casual meal. It is located near bombay hospital & opposite to liberty cinema building.
Visited Kamats veg restaurant. Had plain dosa and fruit salad with custard. The dosa was good and sambar was very tasty. The service is ok and you have to keep telling the waiter to get more sambar which is didnt like( although they were loitering nearby - some proactiveness would be good). Overall 3.5/5
Good food.. especially South Indian. If u r around Bombay hospital or Liberty cinema or Metro cinema n if u r hungry n craving for South Indian or proper Desi food do visit this place.. kamat or Liberty restaurant..very decent place ...good taste good service very old school vibes..loved the filter coffee here. Good for a quick bite in case u have a busy schedule. Very reasonable on d pocket.u can get a value for money South Indian dish in under Rs90/-.. idli Vada upma r very good so is the dosa n uttapam. Quietly amazing.
This pure veg restaurant and has two AC and non AC seating. Food here is okay and service is also little slow.
