reception is generally very unresponsive. the room was clean with comfortable bed. Just what I needed. The bathroom was adequate and working. The wifi was very fast on 2nd floor. The attached cafe/restaurant was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant short-term stay.
I stayed for a day only but I would say it was value for money. Nice and clean room and bathroom. Thats all I wanted and I got too. They have their own restaurant with a very aesthetic decor go in the restaurant rather then ordering in room because it has a nice ambiance. They will serve you nice and hot food. Service is quick with happy helpful staff. I traveled solo and trust me its the safest place in Delhi for solo female traveler.
