LGP Residency - Hotel in Tiruchirappalli - Tiruchirappalli, India

Horrible experience.. 1.there is no sync about the availability of rooms amongst the staff there...while one confirms the availability of room after multiple enquiries from the customer to avoid last minute disaster..the other staff calls 3 days later stating the rooms aren't available claiming the first staff was not well informed of the availability of rooms! Seriously! 2. After the epic fail in booking,they did provide a room..but how i wish I hadn't opted to stay there ...since it was last minute there was no other go and i ended up opting to stay there.. 3. Once i arrived, they did provide a room ..as they say bad things come in threes,yikes!! the room provided for me was a room previously used by a chain smoker who has smoked inside the room and bathroom throughout his stay..when I raised this concern the staff was reluctant and brushed off my concern stating the smoke could have come via centralized A/C and they(staff) could not request other smoking customers to refrain from smoking inside the room/washroom( which seems more pragmatic to me) 4. The room smelled of 30 ciggaretes smoked all at once...the staff sprayed the entire room with hell lot of room freshner and was boasting the issue was fixed..i ended up a victim of passive smoking and was suffocated by room freshner stench.. should this not be taken care before the customer arrives!!! Pathetic!! 5. By evening when i complained that i couldn't stand the stench anymore..one of the staff did check the room and realised no one could stand the stench and offered me another room.. Finally!! Verdict: Faultu!!!

The stay was pleasant and the staff were very polite and helpful. Thanks for the service.

Everything is good. But it's 1.5km from central bus stand. Not for public transport depending people

Good environment, Rooms neat and clean especially rest room looks clean and hygienic.. Sleeping bed is good.. But room service forgot to give towel, shampoo, kettle like kind of facilities

One among the budget friendly hotels and it's relatively close to both the Railway Station and Bus Stand. Also, personnel at the reception are very courteous. Ideal for business travelers for a stay of 2-3 days. There's no complimentary breakfast since the restaurant opens only after 11.00 am, but it was not a big issue considering the price point and since it was already informed by the receptionist before booking.

LGP residency Rooms are good, tea in the morning. Service Employees talk quietly

Few days before I went for my friend reception. The hall was neat and good, but I don't find any parking facility here.
