LG Service Centre - Electronics store in Balabagya Nagar, Tirunelveli - Tirunelveli, India

TV was given for repair ( no picture / light when switched on) at the Service centre Bala Bhagya Nagar Tirunelveli on 7.11.2022. On 17.11.22 the centre informed that they have cometed repair. We went there to take back the TV . We paid Rs. Rs. 6960/- as charges. On 3.12.2022 TV Screen wss not displaying light or picture agsin. The centre is not Willing to rectify the same.

Very Bad experience. They rescheduled the appointment frequently. Need to book different request for one problem. Because they won't solve the problem properly. Their technician never attend our call.

I had a very worst experience with this AirMech service centre, located at tirunelveli, TN. Very bad response and poor handling of customer. Almost more than a week they didnt solve the problems instead the service centre closed the complaint ticket raised by me with false information without my confirmation and didn't turn up to my location. Never expected why the reputed company like LG have such worst service centre in tirunelveli.

Very worst experience. For the installation of a product bought through Amazon, they never showed up and they are cancelling the ticket by their own. What kind of service this is from the brand LG.

Requested for spare parts Last week...still there is no proper update regarding the status....and too much delay in response

Recently i bought Projector remote..Good service..But Delay to get Old lg product parts

Pls don't buy lg product because one of the worst service in Tirunelveli. No responsibility
