LG TV Installation services are very poor....very bad Experience because they had installed my 70inches...... LG 70UR80 latest model launched in September 2023 which I bought from Lotus on 22 October was slightly tilted which is looking so weird and not at all satisfied as a result it's giving trouble shooting for again fixation of already installed 70UR80.
They have provided swift and satisfactory response to my lg washing machine defect, and are extremely professional in their service. I would definitely recommend them.
I had booked refrigerator service with them but their tecnicians couldn't resolve it properly and took the money without giving any bill. The next day my refrigerator started to show other problems and when I called this service centre they disconnected the phone and now they are not receiving call. They are fraud . Please don't book a service with them.
Fraud people, pathetic services, I would have given a negative to them, three no. The owner, the service man and the sales girl ..no one responding to calls, they took money from us and our washing machine is still not working. Please do not believe them.later checked with Lg they are third party, not the authorised service centre. They do not provide a receipt as well. Wastage of money and time both.Installed fake products
