Very rude behaviour of personnel. They don't even care to listen the to listen to customer problems despite repeated requests. Do not have adequate knowledge of repairing mobile phones. God knows why the LG company has appointed such a pathetic service center Worst experience ever. Better you visit any local repair shop.

It's expensive........ Instead of fixing problem , they stay focused on changing the parts or motherboard......I had software issue and they told that motherboard needs to be changed.........I fixed it in 200 rupees...

Very very poor sarvice in Ranchi centre. Not interested in costemer problem..

Since my washing machine was under warrranty they just cut the call without listening to my issues.

Good to get services from here. But one staff who seated in the front of the office who's behavior is not good that's why I am giving for .

No proper response from your Ranchi service centre

Worst service. Took my nexus 5 and replaced the battery. Strictly recommend never get your phone serviced here
