Hopeless, rude, pathetic company with a irritable behaviour & hopeless service. If you want to increase your BP call them. Ekdum Raddi aur bekaar log. I called them 23 times. No response. Trust me.
No doubt they have so less review already The customer person is not at all professionals disconnected the call on my face multiple times when I am asking them questions There is away to say no and talk to people Clearly they have not been given any proper education on how to talk to customers
Pathetic and poor service.I have made 10 calls since yesterday, every time was told that will get a call from a technician, which never happened..... Kept me on hold for 5 minutes, then disconnected......Then stopped picking up my call!!!!
They repaired my microwave and said it will work fine but it's not working. Also they took Rs.3500 from me to repair it. And now when I am calling them, nobody is responding. They are saying they have tie up with LG which I really doubt. Pathetic experience.
Very very bad. Very bad service by a person on reception. The person representing LG shop is horrible. This type of service will affect the Brand like LG. I will sujjest normal people avoide to visit this Shop. And LG please give some training to your representatives. The employees even don't know how to talk with the customers.
Service man came and checked the device, he said need some part which he will get and never turned up nor answering our calls it's been a week now... Worst service by LG support group
Not even basic courtesy to answer on phone deterring us from approaching them personally. Sorry to note that an international renowned company has such a poor service facility
