For servicing of LG home appliances for kanniakumari district.The service engineer was kind enough to advice properly to come out of the probem.But the service centre is charging too much and after hearing the service charge rate I have condemned my TV and bought a new Sony TV which is giving a trouble free service over years.LG is cheap but produce is not performing up to the expectations.People buy for it's cheapest rate but the performance is not as expected.
It's good... But their customer satisfaction is less as they are late to fix issues as we need them most. And they need some experienced guys who do know something what they are working with...
