1. Staff told me that company does not manufacturing 1 Ton AC in 2022. they have 1.5 Ton only and people also not buying 1 Ton so company stop sending. (original scenario is totally opposite 1 Ton is actually most demanding that's why it is out of stock you can check on Flipkart and Amazon), I ask them to order for me but they denied that, and says It 's not possible, They are showcasing only what thay have (old models with 1.5 Ton and higher price than market) and what thay want to sell or in their target list. 2. Staff don't have ideas about features of product they are selling. if you standing with one product entire year you should have idea about basic features of it at least

If possible I give in Star very bad behaviour by staff and management, Change the Price for the product when you are finalised, also getting bad reviews from many of their customer. Please prefer other showroom.
