Lexus Inn - Lodge in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

The hotel, situated 7 kilometers from the palace, enjoys a serene location, away from the bustling city, yet conveniently close to essential amenities such as a pharmacy, restaurant, and supermarket, all within easy walking distance. As for the accommodations, the rooms were impeccably clean and well-organized, and the washrooms were sanitized. The staff displayed remarkable cooperation and friendliness, providing round-the-clock assistance.

We had a very bad experience with Lexus Inn. We came tired from our travel early in the morning and we were greeted with nothing but incompetence. When we arrived the staff was sleeping and didn't care enough to attend to our basic needs. We had booked a room weeks ago and yet they seemed to loose our booking. Even after their negligence we waited there and asked them to help us sort things out and get us a room but all they did was pretend to listen and then go back to sleep.The location as well is not accessible and is too far from the main city which cost us a lot of money. It was a very horrible experience and our needs were unmet. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Great stay and would highly recommend it. Only negative is there is no restaurant available in the hotel. Apart from that everything is super great and nice

It's a new hotel. Rooms are very good, neat and clean. The bed in triple room was very comfortable. Hot water is available in toilet. They only provide tea in room which is chargeable. Overall a very good hotel for family stay in Mysuru.

New Hotel just 8 months old well maintained and clean. Staff are very helpful and polite. Nice location away from main city but accessible to all key tourist spots. Rickshaws available just outside the hotel so no Hassel of searching for transport. Giving 5stars for the Hotel. Mr.Rishi the owner is very helpful and guided us during our stay. Thanks for the staff who are very polite and helpful always.

The reception and hotel staff were excellent. Seemed like a new place. Hotel rooms are well-kept and tidy and ideal for a family or couple visit. The linens and bedding were of a nice quality. Good Location. Little outside of the city, but I preferred that. There is parking in the basement. There are plenty of restaurants within 1-2 km. Swiggy and Zomato are options for ordering. Cons: They don't currently offer a free breakfast. The room service was a bit slow. Also please fix the toilet cover for room 107. It doesn't stay open.

By far the best budget hotel I've stayed in! Quiet location, luxurious room, great service, car parking, etc. Almost all the features were really good except for one demerit, it doesn't have a restaurant/kitchen which I found to be very inconvenient, but except that, the experience was really really good

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had made a booking directly with the hotel and once i reached there for my stay, they said my booking is cancelled because when they had asked if id cancel, i said i WON'T cancel and they took it as i WANT to cancel. The receptionist SATHYA or something like that is the worst and she should be fired since this is not the first time she is making stupid mistakes and her communication is terrible, instead of welcoming guests, she is good at pushing the guests away. TERRIBLE SERVICE, NEVER EVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!!
