I find this branch of levis as one of the best as the collection of clothes was very good and the staff over there was very cheerful and they helped me by good pair of clothes when I visited I would suggest everyone to visit and see the their collection of clothes and I would like to thank Ms.aditi for her behavior and for helping me buy a good pair of clothes

Bad experience as the sales guy tells u only price n no discount without asking and not interested in showing clothes .. Making feel like customer cant take clothes at this price ...will not visit again and will make sure my colleague relatives who live in borivli do not visit again over there.

I purchased a 4500 denim but the alterations were done so poorly that can't even wear it...this store is spoiling the brand value of levi's and the brand should really think about it....my denim is still at the store the manager assured he will call me in a week but has done nothing about it not even a call they are so careless about the customer

Very helpful and understanding people

For size didn't get proper guidance had to ask for alteration and that was the worst alteration had to throw away my costly jeans don't buy stretch jeans without trial .try 2 sizes smaller than usual size

Excellent customer service by all the staff members including store manager. They do help us in selecting clothes. They have got super attractive collection. And yes the ambience is too good well decorated and maintained.
