We were very late, close to their losing time, yet they took the pain to show a few denim shirts. A bit quickly though, which is understandable. Overall good customer service and the big who attended to us was pretty on spot with the choices and sizes.

Have mentioned several times that if there is stock arrival for 42 waist regular fits do call , but it seems they have a very good business so they don't have the time to call and revert back . Poor services

Poor staff I went there for alteration of Levi's pants before which I called on their telephone who told me that they will alter Levi's product even though not purchased from Levi's website or from store but it's chargeable as well as on their's tailor (Amitbhai tailor), who told me that Rs40.00 will be charged for length alteration if not purchased from Levi's website or from store. But when I went there for alteration they said me that Rs100.00 is charge for alteration so I told them that I talked with tailor who told me Rs40.00 but when tailor arrived so tailor also changed his answer by saying that we didn't talk about payment. And their Staff said that they are doing "service" for Levi's product not purchased from Levi's website or from store means they are doing for me not as a duty. Looting customers!

Very poor policy of product exchange. They are only offer same amount or higher amount product in exchange and they are not even issue any credit not for future purchase. I purchased a wallet and wanted to exchange. New wallet what I selected in exchange of first purchase is INR 300/- less and they said we will not sale product with less amount and will not refund difference amount. There is only options either replace the product or exchange product with same amount or higher amount. First class company's third class policy. Will not recommend to and buy from there.

I called for a specific size and I was given precise information by ms shakila who told me to visit. I was looking for a pair of jeans and I got what I wanted the store ambience is very appealing

We went there to buy two pairs of jeans and gave them for alteration to which they asked to get it next day in noon around 2:30pm and asked us to give a call before going to the store . We called on the number mentioned in the slip but no one answered and we tried calling for almost 20 30 mins. We got the other number from Justdial still no response so we also tried calling other Levi's store in Alpha and gulmohar mall to get the number of CG road store and there also no one answered the call. Better don't provide number on the bill, slips or online if no one bothers to answer it.
