Showroom and collection are good. But worst and arrogant / immature service at this show room. It's just selling for the brand and we are dependent if we are brand conscious or like a wear. Alteration takes more than 1 wk to alter and get. Phone number given in this site does not work.

Here you can get high quality garments which may cost higher than Levis you get in fashion store, but worth it. They have in shop stitching facility where you can shape or customize with various badges too. Good collection. Busy store.

Good store with good collection but extremely poor service. To my surprise,the sales team were busy discussing among themselves , about finding new jobs elsewhere and really not happy about serving the customers beyond the average expectations.

Levi's store located inside lulu mall kochi is one of the fashions stores in ernakulam. It contains wide range of products. Do check it out.

I recently visited Levi's inside Lulu Mall Kochi. While I found the jeans selection to be somewhat limited, the overall experience was satisfactory. However, the customer service could have been better.
