Excellent device. A nice device to use. The way it gives me the multiple switching facilities is amazing. I have 3 cars and it was quite worrying when my driver used to take my friends outside on their preferences late at night. I found that it is quite user-friendly as I can plug it in different cars easily
I have 2 let's track device for my 2 Cars, both stopped working on 15th Feb 2021. One tracker is valid till Nov2021 and the other is till next year. It's not been working for almost 20 days now. I have made 7-8 calls & written 2 emails at there email address. No one has bothered to solve or send someone to rectify the problem. Everytime I call the customer care, they tell we have logged your complaint and working on it & tell me that our turnaround time is 72hrs. It's laughable & at the same time frustrating how they are not able to provide any solution and keep promising that it will be resolved asap. Anyway, I have had the WORST Experience with the product. WILL NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy this tracker. Thanks!!!
I got the device fitted in my Automatic Volkwagen polo, its very good in Navigation and i feel safe as my family track me during night also Due to engine cut option I can safeguard my car. The Technician who came to install was very good and professional, he did not cut any of my wire and perfect installation. Good job keep it up
Worst device and even bad customer service. Called them thrice, on customer service number, still nothing is happening. App shows ignition off while car is running and late night odd hours it shows car started. Customer service guy came to my premises and said they will replace the device in a day as it is faulty. Till date it is 10 days and i am not getting any response from them. Don't put your money on it. Completely waste.
I have found that this Personal device is very good. I can track my pet everywhere now. I love the feature of zone specification most, with this feature I can track in specific areas with ease. I have been using this device right from the day one and it is great, a big thumbs up(Y).
