Very bad experience. I am paying EMI every month even than they are not updating in the system (Even after providing transaction proofs). very poor customer services no one pick the call or replies in emails. I am suffering for past 3 months to settle this Loan but unable to do it since no one is responding. There should be police complaint for such companies.
There is no less rating than this..........In my life...ever seen these type of company with having no proper Database & Communication among them. Really frustrated by the calls and msgs from them...post paying the EMI also. They won't enable Auto debit option....we need pay manually . post paying Many people will call and ask for screenshot. Really I recommend don't take loan in Any situation from Letsmd.....this is worst experience for me in my life with the LetsMd.......10 min back also they call & msg me and keep on irritating us to provide screenshot .
Totally disgusting service given by Letsmd and stash-fin loan department. I already paid EMI but still they deducted extra EMI again and not given my money back and not adjusting emi for next month. I am paying EMI on time to time but still call center calling me for EMI that i have not paid EMI.. Daily they are calling me for EMI and i shared the snap shot of payment but still they are calling... Useless and disgusting service. I am giving 0 star...
EMI has taken from ECS. But their sales executive calling asking that your emi has been pending please send the screenshot in every month after taking ECS they don't have an update every month they are calling more than 10 peoples are calling per day asking please send the screenshot of the month there is no proper updates in the company please update the EMI every month.
I am facing more issue with this stashfin and let'smd group for the loan payment. For first 2 months everything was fine with paying the loan, then started the issue even after paying the amount at right tym I am getting many calls for the payment and they are not updating the payment at right time, I am really facing much issue with this, many people call and say to share the screenshots in Watsup about the payment, even after sending the screenshots still they don't update it. For no reason they also charged some fine .
Very very disgusting and pathetic service ever.. These executives calls no of times to customers for payments. But he don't even care if we call and tell about our complients... No coordinate between them.. They even lie to customers for escaping from given promise.. Over all its all bogus.. Too much of panaulty.. Even some icici or some banks loans are far better than this.. Over all it's all not recommended.. Never ever take these loans from let's MD. Just fake. All these 5 stars are given by their employees with fake ids
