The massage was reasonable and worth the money. I am so used to UrbanCmpny that I was quite hesitant whether they'll give me a proper massage. I took Balinese massage for 2000. Nana, my masseuse did a fantastic job. She applied proper pressure to all the points and covered all body parts. It was really relaxing and worth money.
I was a regular customer from july 2022 to july 2023. The quality of service has gone from good to bad to worst over a period of 1 year. The therapists are very disrespectful and insulting. Service is worst after spending lot of money. Out of last 4 sessions 3 are really bad experiences. 1. Therapist enters the rooms and says .. You don't come here next time.. She was angry and frustrated for some reason throughout the session. 2. Therapist with serious face. Service was really poor. Behaviour as if she is doing some free service. 3. Same again.. After paying ton of money I got worst service, got insulted and humiliated in different ways. They lack very basics needed in service industry. My only wish is , the owner needs to take corrective actions insted of dismissing my review as fake. I don't have any reason to give fake review.
