Let's Meetup Tours is indeed the best you can find in Kolkata! They are extremely professional and punctual. I booked 2 tours with them and they were willing to cover all the places i wanted to see and made all the necessary arrangements for me. Throughout the day, they offered us mineral water and tea which made us extremely comfortable. When the idea behind Let's meetup tours, Ms Indu, found out that i was doing a tour on my birthday, she surprised me with an additional boat ride and a nice gift of the Goddess Kali, a Symbol of Kolkata. Durga Puja Parikrama We had done Bonedibari Puja Parikrama with Lets Meet Up Tours last year and was very impressed with the service. My mother is 75 and the volunteers took good care of her, I have suggested my friends to book their tour. we also got to know that this organisation gives opportunity to young boys and girls who are students they work to support themselves financially to complete their studies.Great work! This year again I will Be in India and would book another tour.

Sadly the Navami Boneydi bari tour was very poor. This wasn't a tour but a glorified taxi service. While the pre-tour service was prompt, when we got on the bus, there was actually no guide. Some college students were responsible for overseeing the group to get on and off the bus but they had no experience and were given no training. Before each stop, there was one person trying announce the name of the house but failed miserably and the little information that was given was incomprehensible seeing as they couldn't speak English clearly. Funnily they couldn't speak Bengali properly either. They took us to a house saying it was Thanthania Duttabari only for us to find out from family members living there it was a completely different house. Given it was a tour, I was expecting more information about the architecture of the houses, the different practices in Puja. There was none of that. There was no information on how these houses became 'Boneydi' and sadly no information on the background to the Durga Puja festival and why it's so special to Kolkata. I was surprised that the only facts they could provide about the Bhowanipore Mallick Bari was the fact that they have two famous actors from the family. And unfortunately the food at the Lalit was below par. We paid a lot of money for this tour and were thoroughly disappointed. What was disappointing is that when we spoke to Indu at the lunch, she lied to us and said nobody had ever complained about her tours having organised these for over 10 years only to find out she had given the same dialogue to other passengers the night before. Why lie? Rather disappointing.

A complete and utter waste of money - a tour guide with little knowledge of the city. Going to India during the monsoon is bad enough but when you have a tour company who don't even provide umbrellas etc. it is even worse! Overall, not somewhere I would recommend!

Recently had a trip with them for Kolkata Banedi Barir Pujo. The tour was conducted in a very unprofessional manner. The food supplied were worst of its kind. Though one Top 5* hotel was chosen. But the menu and quality deserve not even 1*. Full waste of money. Feeling cheated.

Good tour guide. Kolkata is second biggest city in india. it is Very famous city in the world. Very nice city it. Have an many historical places here. It city is build up beside of Hooghly river. Have an many touriest places. Have a international stadium, international airport ( Netaji subhas chandra Bose international airport. ) , victoria memorial, Eco park, science city, Alipore zoo, many historical temple etc. Have an 3 biggest bridge here. ( Rabindra setu, Vidyasagar setu, Bali bridge ). But now kolkata many many bridge & building are condition is very bad. Very danger. But, it is a big nice touriest place..Bengali flim Businesses( Tollywood ) located here.....
