A small shady looking gym above Domino's pizza in Seva nagar main road. I went there to check the subscription. The guy at the reception was least bothered. Gym is in 2nd floor. The lift in the building doesn't work. All the machines and equipment's looked very old. Not recommended!

Month on month improvement in my body in terms of fat loss and muscle gain speaks volumes about this gym. Talented and experienced trainers like Sunil and Sachin make your gymming session exciting and they make you burn a lot of calories with multiple exercises.
Small space but crowd is managed and membership is reasonably priced. Cardio equipment is very minimal and heavy dumbbells aren't available. Beginner friendly and they provide general personal training which covers up for the lack of cardio equipment as they get your heart racing with some bodyweight workouts as a warm up. Management and trainers at the gym are welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Would like to see heavier dumbbells in the future but considering covid it is understandable that they may not have the money to finance a lot of equipment for a gym that has started its operations in the past year and a half. Overall a positive experience and will definitely recommend it for beginner-intermediate level training.
So after 9 months in this gym.. I totally bear my loyalties to it. Wonderful experience.. special thanks to Sunil (owner/trainer) who is an expert in understanding body capacity and trains accordingly. Individual attention is given to every client. Other trainers also are very helpful. Big big fan of this gym. Take my word and walk in to get fit!
