Really nice place, the staff is super helpful and the cottages to sleep in super cozy, some even have an outside shower. Can definitely recommend staying here

The staff is very welcoming - always had a smile on their face. The breakfast was delicious. They accomodated all of our requests. The backwater view during sunrise is amazing - try to get a room that faces the backwater.

- Overrated High Price - No proper nearby eatery or place to visit - It's a kind of village area with pungent fish smell on main road - People serving over there are good - Is a good place only if your target is a good photo shoot. Else completely waste.

It is looking good. that is the only plus point. The price is too high for the property. Pros: view to the backwaters and beautiful lawn. The rooms are just okay but had wood dust all over the bed, could not sleep properly because of the noisy fan and mosquitos. The mattress was okay, but the bed was made of concrete, so we should be very careful not to hit on that. And there were no chairs to sit on inside the room. One washroom has a see-through window with no curtains. another one has no door at all. No hot water available and no buckets or mugs. We had to request and wait for the toiletries. Breakfast also was disappointing. Only two options, which, too, were just okay. And no fruits or juice were provided. The staffs are also not trained well. On the premises, they have a small pond, which is very dirty. And they have kept a shelf full of books outside. But we can't touch it because of the dust. Whatever complaint we said to the manager, his response was funny. For every complaint we made about the room, he just told us this is in European style and this is how you can see it there. But construction-wise, all are in authentic Kerala style, with roofs made of coconut (or palm) leaves. The manager was just blaming the owners for all and said they are not interested much in improving the facilities, which is strange.

The cleanest place in India, we have been to. The owner is French and obviously he keeps everything in order. The garden was great as well as the view towards the backwaters. The employees are the kindest people you can imagine! Breakfast is included.

Beautiful garden, view and location.Cottage was clean. Great shower.A mouse was very busy at night in the cottage, which kept us awake. We found the hut a bit hot, the fan on the ceiling somehow didn't work well.There was another fan standing in the corner, that helped. There is no AC or TV, which is ok, but we found it therefore a quite overpriced. Very helpful friendly staff.

Amazing view with welcoming people. Room was great. We had booked a 4 bed - room. It was so cozy & especially the bathroom was so nice - you can experience a bali type vibes. Shower with nature. Amazing for chill out , photoshoots .

It was just an ok resort. Inspite of charging 5.5k there in no tv, telephone, ac not even a mirror and table to have food in the room . Their bathroom is actually outside the room and it's like an open shower which is very uncomfortable for ladies. The room is also like a glass case with poor quality curtains. Bathroom is full of snails and ants. Quality of the food they serve is okay. Overall I didn't like the experience.
