This is a fantastic gym!! The trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. And also very supportive gym buddies. I've been going for the last 4 months and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. Highly recommend!!!.

The personal trainer here (Manju anna) is so genuine,as he delivers what he promises,a true personal training based on requirement of each client ,not a generic one where most of the gym trainer's follow(like one size fits all).I am reviewing it after being trained for 5 months...Thank you anna

"I had a marvellous dining experience at Sundaram cold drinks. The food was absolutely delicious, lip smacking and the staffs were too good . They maintained hygiene as well.Highly recommended place to visit . Would love to visit again.
