We had abooked a deluxe room and the room was very clean and spacious, the resort is also maintained cleanly The AC in the room was very comfortable in the hot weather. They service was very good, I arrived at around 1 AM and they guided me to my room. late night request for extra bed was immediately given. The breakfast in the restaurant was good with varieties. We had totally booked about 15 rooms and everyone and had a good time. I would recommend this resort.
It was a complete delight to visit Leoney resort with my friends. Right from check in till check out the staff never gave a chance to complain. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and had a great view, bathroom was quite huge and comfortable and swimming pool was great to relax. I am truly glad we chose Leoney and nothing else for our holidays.
We have booked the Private villa, One of the worst experience we faced here, AC was not at all working and when we complained they set for fan mode and said it's working.After multiple complaint they repaired the AC and 2 days we were without Ac. And Hotel staffs were so rude. When we asked for room change they said they can't. And if you wish you can check out now in the Night 10 pm. really not expected this. The property is good but the behavioral of staff is too bad. The name is only Resort but everything you should ask .They only have one Hair dryer it seems and keeps rotating for all rooms. Till it reaches to your room it will be next day. I would recommend there are many beautiful resorts in Goa apart from this. This is not at all recommended. If it was below zero I could have rated that.
Stayed here for three nights with my Son, I must say we were extremely happy with the smooth check-in provided for a group of 32. Sophia the property manager & front desk staff were very accommodative in this regard. During the stay the Pvt Villa room was very well upkept and the food was excellent. Would love to visit this place again with my family.
Located at the interiors. Safe and clean premises. Beautiful view by the poolside. Service is okay. Breakfast is extremely basic, and not at all value for money. Swimming pool is excellent and very clean. Rooms are nice.
We stayed in Leoney resort last week and we had a wonderful experience. The property has such a pleasant vibe,centrally located.The food was pretty good. However,service is something that can be worked on.
It's a beautiful resort with best services in totality. Customer satisfaction is their top priority for sure. Rooms are damn spacious and they provide you with all the modern facilities you must have not even thought off.. We do not have a single point wherein we can raise our concern, it was that beautiful experience..!!
I have stayed in private villa we took three villa for 4 nights property is good and beautiful ambience but reception staff is irresponsible, arrogant and they don't no meaning of hospitality we must request many times for bath kit and to change the bath towel. AC won't work properly. mobile network is very poor in that property wi-fi won't work properly no tv recharge after requested and house keeping staff is very slow they will come to clean after 3pm that is our time to take rest and they won't remove dinner plates until next dinner there is no co operation between house keeping staff and restaurant staff. Overall maintenance is very poor not to suggest to stay in LEONEY RESORT
